Excellent Laptop!
These laptops are quite amazing. I don't use the Windows load that comes pre-installed. I fresh load these with the latest Windows and configure it myself. Be sure to use HP Image Assistant for the best drivers and firmware updates available - don't rely on Windows Updates for these.

I am a loyal HP customer, but this laptop is falling short of expectations. The constant glitches and noticeable performance hiccups are completely unacceptable for a device with this amount of installed RAM

Stay away, scam...
When contacting HP for extended warranty I was told this machine is already over a year old and there are no more options for warranty, stay away from these 3rd party sellers
