El producto es muy bueno tiene una calidad excelente en los materiales. Incluye un nivel de burbuja que se une a una plantilla para que quede nivelado a la hora de la instalación. Lo único que veo en que pueden mejorar es que no trae taquetes y los tornillos para su sujeción a la pared son bastante gruesos así que no deben de ser taques ordinarios, pero no batallas en conseguirlos, aunque si te retrasa la instalación.

Writing this review just because of good customer service. I bought this mount almost a year before I used it. When I went to use it one of the wings that attach to the mount for bigger visa mounts was missing. Also one of the needed bolts was cross threaded. I was able to rig it to work but don't like things not being right and knowing there is a good chance I will need to mount a new TV on it in the future I wanted the missing part. I messaged the company not expecting much especially with the length of time since the order. To my surprise the company responded in less then a day and sent me a few extra of every part I could have been missing based on my message. The parts got to me in around a week give or take a few days. Not happy that it slowed down my TV mounting but hey stuff happens and they fixed the problem with out me having to jump through hoops. As far as the mount I have a 55 inch tv on it and can easily get it 90 degrees to the wall with at least 10 inches (very rough guess) space between the TV edge and wall. Its a little stiff but that is probably a good thing. Seems plenty sturdy enough and stud mounting is easy with just 2 bolts and plenty of adjustment built into the slot cuts. Would buy again but recommend checking all parts once you get it.

ease of installation

I installed mine on drywall and it was fairly simple. You'll need a drill and socket or ratchet wrench. My previous mount was similar so I knew what tools I would need in advance. It just comes with a small level and template so you can use to mark where the holes will go. I was looking for a mount I could install at a corner since I use my TV (42") as a monitor and have an L-shaped desk. At my new apartment, the stud is close to the corner so this worked perfectly. I haven't had any issues so far but, I should mention I don't move my TV around much. Once I got it positioned, it was good to go. I installed and hung my TV myself so while it had some heft to it, it wasn't too hard. I'd recommend it because it has decent range, it's affordable and is stable and solid. It also comes with adapters to fit various TV configurations. The instruction also tell you how to test stability before you hang your TV up
