Product Defect
I received the rollator yesterday. Earlier this afternoon, when assembling it, I found that the left handlebar couldn't be tightened (see photos attached); the handlebar remains swinging around. As the result, the product is unsafe.

Great Design and Value
Finally decided I needed to get one of these, as one of my MDs has suggested for a few years. Bought this one for the wide [18"] seat, as others would be a bit snug for my, well, ample butt.It was easy to assemble, it's very sturdy, and folds up easily. Adjustable handle height, has the storage under the seat, and even a little pouch for my phone.I couldn't figure out how to fold it until I read the instructions [as we Engineers tend to do], and it's very easy with a strap under the seat. Just takes seconds. Weighs ~ 20#, manageable even for my wife. Very pleased overall.

I highly recommend this rollator to anyone with mobility issues. It's very sturdy and strong, I feel completely safe and comfortable while using on public transport. Great value for money. Very easy to assemble too.

Fuerte y robusta
Nos encantó!!! Mi papá (77años con secuelas de trombosis) se desplaza muy agusto y seguro al caminar... la silla es fuerte y para mi un poquitin pesada pero es porque es robusta y a el le encantó porque siente que no se va a romper y que aguanta su peso, antes de esta tenia una ligera que no le daba seguridad al desplazarse y nosotros pensando que era mejor para el 🤷🏻♀️ en fin es como todo articulo personal pero el que es el usuario le da un 10❤️
