You get 60 softgels so these work out at 2 months supply at 1 per day.These capsules state that they are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.The best before date is very good.The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow with no aftertaste.I always take Astaxanthin as a daily supplement anyway, as I find it helps as I'm getting on a bit now.Decent value for money at £23.74 for 2 months supply.
