Mr Entertainer Maestro Air. Smart Touch Screen Karaoke Machine & Portable Media Player. 2 Wireless Microphones

Brilliant kit, Ive got this for my wifes 50th birthday on New Years Eve. As a tech phobia twit this is so easy to set up, the sound is unbelievable and we have had a giggle already with it. Worth every penny as you can download, use YouTube, Spotify etc as well. If you have family n friends who love absolutely destroying songs with no shame, buy this. It is brilliant.

Item arrived, worked brilliantly, great quality, robust, easy to set up etc. Then 1 week in it just stopped working then i thought "here we go with all the hassle of a return"... How WRONG I was! Seller was immediately responsive, arranged for a pre-paid label AND paid for Royal Mail to pick the machine up from my home. 5 days later I received the machine back working as good as new. (Turns out the circuit board had died which is really rare!). Anyhow, no-one wants purchases to fail, I was just unlucky but what is important is the speed and the care of a response which was FAULTLESS. Make no mistake this is a serious piece of kit which provides hours of fun and looks and sounds way more expensive than it is. Top marks for the machine, 10 stars for the aftersales service!!

I will say the screen can be a touch unresponsive (could be my fat fingers), but other than that, I don't regret buying the product. The reason this gets 5 stars is that the minor criticism is not enough for me to not recommend this purchase to people, my daughter absolutely LOVES the machine, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE is very, very good. You can just text them with issues and while responses are not immediate, they always respond.

Had an issue with mics which Mr Enertainer went out of their way to resolve with me. The Karaoke machine is fantastic, loud enough to annoy the neighbours🤣 so invite them round now too. Can be used as a stand alone unit as the screen on the box is big enough to make it easy to use outside, caravan or friends house but also connects to TV using HDMI cable with no fuss. What sets this apart from other Karaoke machines is the absolutely amazing customer service team who I cannot fault. Buy one you won't be disappointed.

I spent a long time searching for the right karaoke machine and after many hours and some ill-fated purchases of plastic imported alternatives, I found the definitive machine for home use. Mr Entertainer’s Maestro. This is a (significant) step up from all the other brands. It is a very premium bit of kit, feels sturdy, sounds wonderful, has all you’ll ever need in terms of apps and compatibility. For us, the HDMI connection to the TV means the already powerful speaker of the Maestro is enhanced with our Orbitsound TV soundbar and bass. And everyone in the room can follow the lyrics and join in. The microphones are top notch and are fitted with a rechargeable battery, so no hammering through AAs like lots of others. Then there’s the customer service…..not only did they help me choose the right machine, but they are at the end of a phone or WhatsApp chat. Not that you will need much help as the machine is very intuitive. Really, if you are thinking about a quality karaoke machine for the home, then I don’t think you can get better than this. It’s a portable, one box solution that does it all.

Works well quite easy to learn. Good sound.still... working out how to record, all in all a good buy

It's good but doesn't charge past 80%

What an excellent piece of kit! Just checked it out and ‘it’s exactly as it says on the tin’. Very easy to use and great fun. I’ve never actually done any karaoke before or set up a karaoke machine but I am definitely looking forward to using it with the family this Christmas. Incidentally the customer service is second to none. I had a problem with the battery in one of the microphones. Not only a super speedy response but an intelligent and no quibble resolution. I would definitely recommend this for everyone whether you’re a first timer or old hand.
