Just bought this and let me warn you this does not taste good. If you're a stickler for taste this aint the one. It does however leave you without the bloated feeling. Just gotta drown this down fast. I have the strawberry flavor because I read all the reviews for the chocolate tasting so bad. Well so does this. I'll update on results after a while taking it. ***Update*** After some much appreciated advice, I tried this with Almond milk instead of water. Much much better. I included 3 whole frozen strawberries and its actually very tasty and chilled. I have the strawberry flavor and I use Vanilla Almond milk.. I can actually just drink the whole thing like its a regular shake. Hope this helps.

Being lactose intolerant protein shakes are hard to come by that don't mess me up. The taste isn't the best by any means, but mixed with fruit it taste great. The taste isn't the worst thing but it takes some getting used to. I would defiantly get this again. It hasn't messed up my stomach at all. Great for anyone going dairy free.

Im sorry to say but I did not like or enjoyed this one. First the strawberry flavor was very bad. I did not enjoy this at all especially that it left a bad aftertaste. I tried to mix this in a shake bottle to take with me or on the run but the poder does bot mix well in a shake bottle or using a spoon. When using a spoon everything clumps up around the spoon like metal to a magnet. When trying out in shacker cup I can definitely say I had to shake so much that I dont think i didnt need to go to gym! Due to the exercise I did everyday to shake it! Even when I shaked it, it still felt a bit clumpy and got sruck around the borders of the shake bottle. This is best for blender which I try to stay away due to all the clean up as I am always on the run. I tried to mix this one with oakmeal and other stuff and it did not taste good as this taste like juice more than a shake. To be honest I dont know if all of there products are like this one so I cant speak on behalf of all but just this one. I also noticed that there was clumps in the tub that I had to break down. I dont kbow if it was due to humidity or just that it comes this way but I didnt like that it was like that. I gave it shot and I believe I will be sticking to my Rule1.

Must have for the lactose intolerant. Flavor is great to me, I use coconut milk instead of water. It can clump a little but not so much it can’t be used. I will keep with this product since I can’t use whey. I’d even say it beats out most whey.

I'm extremely lactose intolerant to the point that I can't even use isolates, so this beef-based protein has been a God-send when I need it. It's got 25g of Protein per scoop, along with BCAAs and creatine. I'm on a caloric defecit at the moment and have definitely noticed muscle preservation while taking this product. I will say some of the other reviews I read expect this to be some magical anabolic product. I think people who have those expectations also have a misunderstanding of what supplementation is supposed to be about. This isn't some steroid that's going to add 100lbs to your Max, it's a powder that allows you to feed your muscles quickly after a workout or to meet macronutrient requirements when you don't have time to cook. Don't let the negative reviews that complain about that discourage you from trying this out. I will say I've done chocolate and strawberry. The chocolate tastes solid, the strawberry however is disgusting and tastes like some form of rotten cardboard. All in all the product mixes well, taste varies, and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. I'd recommend it if you can't take wheys or whey isolates.

Pros: Great calorie to protein ratio. 110 calories to 23 grams of protein and has over 50 servings so the protein per dollar is appealing. Cons: Extremely hard to mix, very clumpy and the clumps stick to everything, spoon, agitator, teeth, and cup. The container it comes in is huge and is only half full. I’ll probably not order again unless I can figure out how to mix better.

The chocolate flavor is amazing. Put 6 ounces of almond milk in a mixing glass for a Ninja blender, one scoop of this protein mix, topped off with 4 to 6 half moon ice cubes from your freezer and then blend until smooth. Awesome treat after a workout. I also believe this is one of the reasons why I experience less muscle soreness after pushing myself than what I felt in the past. Tastes better than a Dairy Queen chocolate shake in my opinion. The cookies and cream and strawberry are good, but the chocolate is remarkably good. The price has gone up recently like everything else, but this is a quality product I have been using for a while and it is worth it. I also have received nothing in return for this review, but if the manufacturer wanted to send me another jug of chocolate..... : )

Does what it should, works well

It makes me feel bloated and nauseated. I only had 2 serves and suffering from gut health issues after taking it . Taste like a chemical . Will not recommend it to anyone , waste of money

Its first time trying this kind of protein shake that is more fruity and not creamy. It does not make me feel bloated,so its good so far.
