Vibration Plate for Lymphatic Drainage with Bands Bluetooth, Black

I bought this vibration plate to add to my workout routine, and it's been a great addition. I work out at 5:00 a.m., so it's sometimes hard to get my body fully awake before exercising. I like using the vibration plate for a few minutes before my workout because it helps wake up my muscles and makes me feel more energized and ready to train. One thing I really like is that it has multiple speed settings. It took me a little while to work my way up to the higher speeds, which I think is great because you can gradually increase the intensity as you get more comfortable. I also use it during my arm workouts, and it adds an extra challenge while still feeling stable and secure. The plate is very sturdy and doesn't move around, so you can safely perform other exercises while standing on it. It also came with resistance bands and a few other accessories, which was a nice bonus for my home workouts. Solid vibration plate overall, Bluetooth connectivity works well and the included bands are a nice bonus for extra workouts. Only downside is I wish the platform itself was a bit longer, but it still gets the job done.

If you are looking for a support tool for active recovery or intensifying simple exercises such as squats or stretching, it offers an excellent cost-benefit ratio for the amount of accessories it includes.

I actually thought of giving this a one, but I didn't because it probably works how it should, and it's me. I was SUPER excited about getting this, but I hated it and gave it away almost immediately. (I should have sent it back, but I stupidly threw away the packaging, figuring that I would love it.) I got terrible shin splints with it, I mean agonizing. I had to wear a boot for a week, and every footstep hurt. I gave it to Goodwill, and I hope that someone else is happy with it, because I sure wasn't. (Please note, I'm very active and regularly climb eight flights of stairs at a time, and walk miles, so it's not that I was inactive and in bad shape.)
