I liked both products, and even before finishing the two bottles, ordered more. Both are good. I've used both on a variety of foods. The shallots are awesome on homemade Mi Goreng or ramen, and all sort of places you'd do an onion garnish/addon. The garlic is delicious on so many things... I've even eaten a pinch by itself, it's a good garlic.

Nice taste, and nice, crunchy texture. Great toppings for your daily rice bowl. Yum!

I needed fried garlic for an Asian peanut sauce recipe. They have a wonderful garlic flavor that’s different from fresh garlic or garlic powder. I bought this two-pack that also included fried shallots. The containers were much larger than I expected, so a very good value.

I have been trying to expand my pan-Asian cooking repertoire, and saw someone using these on YouTube or somewhere. To me, they are best used as a light sprinkle over something a little bland or soft, so you get a burst of crunch or flavor. However, they taste a bit strong for me to use much more than a pinch. My son likes them but I probably won't order these again. That said, good product, fresh, well shipped, etc. Just a matter of taste for me.

Very flavorful. It's a great substitute to putting more salt. Great for sprinkling on top of steamed rice. It gives that flavor of "garlic fried rice" sans the oil and extra time cooking. Great product but pricey. You can get similar products at Asian markets at less than half the price I paid here on Amazon.

I love these and have recommended them to friends and family. I add them to eggs, salads, vegetables and soups. They add a burst of flavor and a bit of crunch. I have ordered them three times now and don't want to run out!

Making chili crisp from scratch is a long process for me. Not having to fry the garlic and shallots was wonderful! No mess no fuss!
