It’s toxic
Wellness extract apparently according to the box. That is actually so inaccurate and false information. I have put the name on google and the stuff in this table is beyond disgusting. How they can sell it under something that apparently benefits health, not sure how that’s allowed and should be illegal. Check it for yourselves and see on google how bad this is for you.

Pregnancy dehydration game changer
These have been a game changer for my pregnancy! Almost everything makes me sick, especially most things that hydrate you. The taste is very subtle and actually helps me to hold on to the water.

Arrived on time and all ok. Have been using them for a week and all ok. Do feel better after using them but don't think I am going to break the four minute mile. I split the pill in two. Take half in morning and afternoon.

I wasn't sure what to expect. The claims are that it helps focus, but I didnt notice any difference.

Slow to dissolve.
Takes 6-7 minutes for the tablet to dissolve.

Cannot be taken with anti-coagulents
The rear of the packet received had far more information than the picture of it shown on the listing. Not safe to take with anti-coagulents was only then revealed which was too late.

Honestly terrible, took it once a day for a month with zero noticeable effects. The taste is ungodly so normally I'd just choke it down and move on. Will not be buying again.
