The Wrist Automatic High PB Monitor was very easy to use. Ability to use on wrist is a game changer do to how easy it was to place on the wrist to how accurate it was it's number to the ability to see the reading with it big LCD screen. Had used the arm cuffs before and it never seem accurate. MD recommending purchasing a wrist High BP Monitor and this brand and product hit the mark. Would highly recommend the product.

Works well

Easy to use. Looks and works as described. Simply put on wrist 2 finger lengths from hand and push start. Readings get very off and out of wack when the batteries are dying so make sure they are good batteries.

Tells me what I need to know when I need to know it. May sound glib, but I'm serious about this wrist monitor doing its job well. I don't use the multi-person feature, simply because I don't have a reason to. I originally purchased this as a back up to my other digital monitor, but found myself liking this one better. Battery life is excellent, and I don't get a bunch of error codes. There is a display icon for irregular heart rate, which I appreciate and need. Definitely recommend this ARSIMAI Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor!

I followed the instructions to the letter. It acts like it is working but the screen just goes blank and you get no results. Unfortunately, I had it too long before I used it to send it back.

This product was better than expected and great quality. I really like the ease of using this and the great display that anyone who has viewing problems, like me. I was able to use this right out of the box and didn't need anyone's help. Since I have to record my BP's daily, it was easy to load in the memory and I can bring this to my doctor to view. So portable in the little case that came with this. Thank you for having such a superior product that was very economical! I have checked out many on the market, either they were too expensive or was not portable or easy to read.

The text in the manual is so small and it's hard to read. So I went on youtube and saw two completely different ways of using this device. I hope the seller takes it back I am not happy with this product.

The readings were far too low. We confirmed this by comparing to a machine at the GP surgery. With faulty readings the device was useless so we returned it for a refund.

The accuracy is a little suspect. Be sure and hold the device at heart level when using. Very easy to use.
