Re-Rot Liquid Wood Rot Repair Kit, 96 oz Penetrating Epoxy Resin

Re-Rot exceeded my expectations. I had wood that I thought was going to require a much more expensive and time-consuming repair, but this product saved the day. It was easy to use, worked exactly as advertised, and allowed me to repair the damaged wood instead of replacing it. If you’re dealing with damaged or rotted wood, I highly recommend giving Re-Rot a try before you start tearing things apart and replacing expensive material. We built our deck this summer and discovered that some of the reclaimed wood contained loose knots that could potentially fall out. To stabilize these areas, we used Re-Rot as a bonding adhesive. The product was easy to mix and apply, following the recommended 1:2 ratio. It effectively filled all the voids and loose areas, resulting in a smooth, solid, and even surface. We were very pleased with the outcome.

I ordered the 96oz kit. Everything looked fine upon opening the box. Closer inspection revealed the resin portion was 12oz short. Only 52oz - not 64oz. I'm returning it and now have to wait for the replacement. This error should never have made it out of the factory. Verify your ounces before opening. Update: Received replacement order. Still only 52 oz. of resin, 12 oz short of 62. Disappointing. Mix ratio is 2:1. That means of the 96 oz I ordered, I only received 78 usable ounces. If they can't get the ounces correct, I question the quality of the epoxy. I will be looking elsewhere.

Great product! Just what I needed to fix the rot on my barn project. It kept me from having to replace entire wood panels. To get the 2:1 ratio right I used small two ounce Dixie cups with sharpie marks on them for the exact amount I needed. It worked really well. I also had great communication with the re-Rot company about questions I had . Quick and clear responses from them kept my project going without any downtime.

Product seems good So far. My problem is with the packaging: Plastic mix cup was cracked, so useless. Sawdust pack had a hole in it , so dust all over everything in the box. And the kicker is both bottles were labeled ‘Hardener’. Had I not used similar products it might have been very confusing. So, so sloppy. Get it together!

We have used this quite a few times in the past several years. It works wonderfully in repairing wood that has some rotting. We recently had a problem with a package, and messaged the company. The owner called us immediately and helped with the issue. Not only that, but he offered to send us another kit to replace the one that we had the issue with. We highly recommend this product and company! 8/28/2026 Update: Still waiting for the promised replacement kit. Hoping that it will still arrive, but disappointed that it hasn't come sooner. Talked to the owner on 8/2/2026. 9/18/2026 Update: Received the replacement kit from the company! Again, we highly recommend this product, and the company/customer service really came through for us.

Bought this kit when I discovered wood rot on my home siding. Even though I had no experience with taking care of this kind of damage, I decided I'd give it a try. Once I understood how it worked, I dived in. Whole process from digging out the rotted wood to the finish paint job took me 4 partial days because dry time, but I am very happy with how it turned out.
