Great product
For some reason in the 80's I was introduced to Lecithin granules. I wasn't overweight, I enjoyed sports and added to breakfast cereal, gave a nice taste. Today I'm not anywhere near in as good condition and I am overweight BUT I don't need cholesterol reducing medication and when I had a ultrasound a few years ago I was informed, I didn't have excess fat around my organs. Even the other day I fancied my feet having a pedicure.... I required a few small medical tests as a first visit procedures. I was informed my veins are in good condition, good heart rate and foot temperature excellent. Now can I attribute those to Lecithin.... Indirectly, no but being overweight and having a pulse of 50 to 60..... Just maybe 40 years of taking a spoonful everyday with breakfast has its advantages.

Good lecithin
This lecithin is good but it has a lot lighter colour than my previous one that I used to buy and it has been unfortunately discontinued. The hexane that is used to extract the lecithin from soya it's quite toxic and it gives a smell to lecithin sometimes. This lecithin doesn't have that strong toxic smell. Recommended.

Good value for the money
They are excellent since I can't get any from the shops near me. I put them in a container I kept from the others I bought. They keep dry and sprinkle on a treat as a food supplement.

Absolutely tastes great
This is the best tasting lecithin I have ever purchased even though it's in a packet and not a container it's tasty and keeps well this is my 3rd packet thank you and the price is very good will definitely buy more.
