This vacuum met all my expectations and was a great purchase for a few months. I have large dogs who are messy drinkers, and this vacuum handled the job efficiently without getting “muddy” like my previous one when it accidentally ran over some water. It seemed to detect the water and lift the brush. Setting it up was easy, and I was thoroughly satisfied with it until the roller brush stopped spinning.It’s been over a month since the issue arose, and I’ve had a frustrating experience with customer support. They’ve been unhelpful and have repeatedly asked me to perform troubleshooting that doesn’t even match my model. The latest insult is that they’re insisting that I provide proof of having paid off my credit card to process my warranty claim, even though I used a 12-month no-interest deal on my credit card when I purchased the vacuum.My brother, who also purchased the same model after seeing mine in action, is facing a similar issue with his roller brush not spinning. He’s also having a frustrating interaction with support.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing this vacuum. It’s not worth the trouble and the hassle of dealing with customer support.UPDATE Feb 2026: Still dealing with support four months later. Seriously, stay away.

Where it is working, it works well. It does all the things it claims.What it doesn't say is that it will miss areas, and not come back to them. You can see on its map where it skipped, yet it doesn't seem to care.It also struggles to create a good cleaning pattern. I had a cheap model before which did a much better job creating a cleaning grid.This vacuum tries to be too "smart" for its capabilities. It would benefit greatly from being simplified in function. For seemingly no reason it will turn during what should be a straight line, drive around, then possibly come back later.It also gets confused a lot by area rugs and entry mats. Definitely set do not mop zones around rugs, as it will try to mop the first 8 inches, and slows itself down heavily.Vacuum&Mop at once setting seems slower than vacuum then mop due to how confused the machine gets.Good hardware, poor software optimization.

Bought this because our apartment is half hardwood floor, half rugs, and pretty high traffic.We have it set up to go through 2 bedrooms, a very long hallway, as well as a decent size kitchen and living room area.Setup was actually way simpler than I thought with the app. Marking borders for vacuuming and mopping separately was also a breeze (you dont want to be mopping your carpet obviously!).Vacuum function is pretty good at the medium setting (you can vary the vacuum strength). Avoids obstacles well and comes back to a place if something is in the way or it didnt pick it up right the first time or it has to go empty itself.Self cleaning for the vacuum (where it empties in the base) is also good.Got a thin piece of plastic from a 3D print caught in there one time but all it did was make a racket, we easily removed it bc the entire thing can be opened as well as all the compartments in the base to get to anything that might be acting funny.Mop functionality is also good. We keep it simple with just plain room temperature water and air drying although it does have hot water and hot drying modes, havent tried those yet. Our kitchen is usually a mess by evening and it looks quite spotless by the time we are done with dinner. Waking up to a clean kitchen for the rest of the day is great, love only having to deal w the dishes at the end of everything.Attached a video where you can see the thing in action. We thought we told it to avoid the shag rug but we actually didnt define the borders well enough, it was a simple change in the app and the vacuum avoided it from then onwards!Another plus is the unlimited amount of settings in the app. cant go over them all here, but the clean modes are infinitely customizable.Oh, it also knows to avoid common objects like animals :)
