Problem at first but resolved well!
Update: I did receive communication from PUPGSIS after a while and was offered a resolution of a refund. Because I liked the product originally, I offered to receive a replacement instead. They agreed and got a replacement out to me very quickly! They did not ask me to change my review but because of the response and very kind messages back and forth with them, I wanted to say that the customer service i received was great! They definitely seem like a company that wants to make sure that their customers are happy with the product. I can safely say that a recommendation for this is a big thumbs up. Fun and easy to use and good customer service.**This was my original review that has now been updated to show great customer service**When I received the mixer, it actually worked pretty good. Sound was good. Quality was good (for what it was). A couple months after some mild use, the microphone input is now barely working. Fuzzed out sound and low volume. I changed out the cable and mic to others to make sure it wasn't any of my other equipment. Those were all fine. I contacted the company a couple times over the last couple of weeks since it was out of the Amazon return window. No response at all. Not even a follow-up saying "we are unable to do anything". Just radio silence. It's too bad cause I did like it the few times it worked.

Functions well (microphone wasnโt worth it tho)
The microphone honestly wasnโt worth adding on but the board by itself was good. It connected easily and offered a lot of controls compared to my previous model.

Good if your getting started.
Good for a beginner; if you have a cheap $30 XLR mic, it will be great.I messed around with all the settings and buttons.Sliders and mute work exactly how you expect them to. The only issue is the slider has a white line that does not line up with 100/0; they stop on the 3 line from the bottom and the 4 line from the top.LED: bunch of colors and hold for offBT (Bluetooth): It's Bluetooth, nothing else here.48V and Pad did nothing for my setup, so I have no info for them.Custom A, B, C, D: These are great; you can just program a catchphrase into them or set a funny sound.Electronic: Kinda okay, it works like autotune, but I couldn't see an actual use for them since your voice has an electronic sound to them, so if you want to sound like T-Pain, go for it.Change voice: just pitch changes, noting special.Ducking did nothing for me, or I couldn't tell what it was doing.Loopback: Since I didn't have a headset plugged directly in, it was not usable.Reverb: cool, echoey sound, not overbearing, kind of cool.I have a $200 mic; this did nothing for it. The software that came with it is better than this. If anything, the quality was lower. Like I said, this is good for a beginner. I have a friend that wants to get started doing YouTube videos, so I'm going to gift her this device and an older mic that I think would be great for her to get started with.

Great Mixer with Great Capabilities - Sounds Fantastic
Disclaimer: My rating system: EVERYTHING starts at a 5, and goes from there. I thoroughly read the descriptions and if I don't like the description, I simply don't order the item. If the product shows up as advertised they get a 5. If there are unadvertised flaws, they are duly noted and stars removed accordingly.... that being said:This item gets 5 stars. I will admit I was skeptical because I didn't think this mixer would meet the needs of my microphone, but I wanted to take a chance AND I AM SO GLAD I DID! I am using this with a Shure SM7B mic, which requires A LOT of gain to get a good sound. Installation was SUPER EASY. I plugged it in using the supplied USB C cable and 1/8" TRS to 1/8" TRS, plugged in my XLR cable to my microphone and WOW did it ever sound good through my headset. It is very responsive, compact and SUCH A GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. I have used other professional equipment in sound reinforcement and mobile venues, and this is a great home studio or podcasting. I also plan to do some Audible book narrations with this setup. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Cheap, plenty of clean gain.
For the price, I don't think it can be beat.I'm using it as a abckup mostly, and was skeptical considering the price. It has more clean gain than the focusrite scarlet solo that i just returned to guitar center had -- at a way cheaper price (and with a bunch of other functionality that i'm probably not going to use..)I'm just using this with a EV Re20 microphone and the scarlet solo didn't have enough gain without getting noisy to do much withLimited to 16/44 but easy to hook up and plug and play.Seems like there's a good amount of fidelity to the knobs, which was suprrising for something at this cheap price.Build quality is pretty solid feeling overall, and it's super portable. At this price i'm not really worreid about it, but I also don't feeel like it's just going to break after playing around with it.Pretty impressed so far. Don't think you're going to do much better for the cost to be honest, and all i was trying to do was use it for a backup XLR interface.

Very good and would recommend!
This mixer is super easy to set up and the instructions are very easy to follow. It works very good and the built in auto tune is perfect for making music. Using this makes it super simple to manage sound and the voice changer is great too! It is super small so it will fit on your desk perfectly too! It also has the lowest latency out of all the mixers I have tried. I really recommend this product and you will not regret buying it.

Stops working XLR input after a week
Worked for a week. This was for my son and as a self taught audio engineer I tried trouble shooting all possible avenues. New mics and wires that work on my mixer but xlr input stopped working is what I ended up figuring out. I guess I'll have to contact manufacturer to get my money back. Don't buy this even for a kid
