long-lasting
To tell the truth, I don't know how long these bulbs last since it has been so long since we put it in. All I know is I got 10 bulbs for the same price I would have paid the dealer for 1 bulb. Have oodles to spare if the original replacement bulb wears out. It is identical in brightness to the original bulb.

Item will not work with 2 AA batteries.
I noted that the power source was1.5v. I did not realize that means only one 1.5v battery. My application has two 1.5v batteries which causes bulb to burn out. I was primarily concerned with the E10 designation. The bulbs do fit!

Fits vintage Snap-On TQ-series Torqometer torque wrenches with indicator
If you have an older Snap-On Torqometer with the optional model suffix 'L' (TQ-250L, TQ-602AL, etc.) this is the lamp you need when your Duracell (etc.: Duracell >2016 are the worst offenders) battery has corroded the heck out of everything. It's the correct 1.2v (to operate with a single AA battery), E10 base, and it screws in, fits and operates perfectly.

Exact Replacement 1.5v Light For Torque Wrench
After some research I found this light is an exact replacement for my older style dial type torque wrench. The light turns on when it should after the desired torque setting is reached.

Not sure where experiment failed.
I’m not sure what happened. The bulbs, the connectors, the potatoes, the lemons… something. We tried multiple different methods and no lit bulbs. Bummer. My kids were sooo excited!!
