I was excited about getting this product because of the health benefits, but if you have any type of heart arrhythmias, it is not for you. It caused me to revisit this issue. Otherwise it’s a great a great buy.

Gave me stomachache but maybe great for you.
This seemed good but gave me a stomachache after taking. I have a sensitive stomach to start with so they may be fine for you. The pill size is big, Had to stop taking so I cannot speak to benefits.

This has worked great helping me manage my anxiety and depression, based on recommendations by a friend. I noticed a difference in just a few days after taking one twice a day. My anxiety is not triggered nearly as easily nor does it escalate quickly so I am better able to control my reactions. I waited until I was on my second bottle to review.
