Extremely Poor Product Quality & Ineffective Service – Not Recommended for Online Purchase
I had a very disappointing experience with this chimney purchase. The product was delivered with multiple dents, most likely caused during transportation. Unfortunately, I chose to ignore this at the time. The installation was scheduled after about a week, by which time the return window had already closed. After installation, I realized the chimney is not functioning properly at all. The suction power is almost negligible, making it ineffective for regular kitchen use. This defeats the entire purpose of purchasing a chimney, especially one that claims high suction capacity. To make matters worse, the service experience has been equally frustrating. The service technician keeps giving various reasons and explanations instead of actually resolving the issue. Despite multiple interactions, there has been no concrete solution provided so far. Overall, the product quality, performance, and after-sales service have been extremely unsatisfactory. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to purchase such appliances online. It is always better to buy from a local shop where you can physically inspect the product before purchase and have the advantage of directly reaching out to the seller in case of issues. Very disappointed with this purchase.
