It took me a moment to figure out how to adjust the voice feature for the translation app. The app itself is mostly in Chinese so it was a little difficult to navigate through the app, however overall the translation aspect works pretty decently. The sound quality is surprisingly really good and they fit comfortably and securely over my ears. These are definitely going to replace every other headphones I currently own.

Don’t bother buying these. They are far worse than google translate. To translate anything, you need to know in advance which language to set these to. For instance I speak English and I am almost fluent in Spanish. The reason I am not fluent is because sometimes I need to think about How to say something in Spanish instead of if it being automatic. This app makes me identify which Spanish dialect the other person speaks. It also gets it wrong a lot and I had to repeat myself over and over while trying to get them to work. When I first got them I thought it was my accent so I turned on the Spanish station In my car and used the speaker on my phone- the APP could not translate in real time- it also was wrong and it could not keep up. On top of all of this, the APP needs a lot of work and is annoying. The earbuds need to be certified as a purchase with the APP almost everytime I tried to use them - not paired - recertified as if being purchased for the first time. so if I am not at home with the paperwork they came with, i’m out of luck to translate. I tried several times to get these to work but, let’s be real-as an example, I don’t know if someone is speaking Portuguese from Brazil or Portuguese from Portugal and without that info they won’t work because If you don’t know, you can’t put that info into the app and so it won’t translate. As far as earphones go, they work and are pretty clear, but don’t expect them to translate. The case is pretty and they hold a charge for a few days.

I am blown away with the clarity and construction of these. I love them. The sound is great, range us great, the app is kind of weird sometimes and the translation tool doesn't always pick up everything in a noisy space but it sure does work well. I surprised my chinese friends while listening to them speak and they were in so much shock. When I responded to what they were saying. It was amazing.

I tried them and they turned out to be just headphones for listening to music and WhatsApp audios, but they are not translators at all because the code is not included in the manual, so the sound is heard well, so they are just wireless headphones for listening to audios, nothing more.

I recently purchased these earbuds, enticed by the claim that they could translate languages in real time. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The advertisement promised a seamless translation feature, which was my primary reason for choosing this product. However, upon testing, it became clear that this functionality simply does not exist. There’s no integrated app, no settings for translation, and no instructions to activate such a feature. It’s clear that this was a case of blatant false advertising. As a standard pair of earbuds, they’re VERY mediocre at best. The sound quality is average, with no standout features like noise cancellation or enhanced bass. For the price, I could have purchased a reliable pair of regular earbuds from a reputable brand. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is the misrepresentation. Many buyers, like myself, rely on truthful marketing to make informed decisions. I feel misled and cheated. And you cheated an old lady, because I bought these as a holiday gift for my mother...SHAME ON YOU!!!!! If you’re considering these earbuds for their supposed translation capabilities, save your money. They’re no different from basic earbuds you can find at a fraction of the cost. This was an expensive lesson in the importance of reading reviews first, and I hope this helps others avoid the same mistake.

Recieved my earphones today. Was concerned about the poor reviews I read and not being language translator. So I called my daughter and asked for her help. Younger generations are more into the technology. I scanned the 1st UPC code and just got a text with letters and numbers which you will need once you access the app. When you open the small guide 1. Installing software. Scan that UPC code and download app. It was easy. The language translation work perfectly. When you don't need the translation, Just used them to listen to music or for phone calls. The price was excellent and no fees for the app. They come in a case that shows battery life of each headphone. Their comfortable to wear and good quality. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Will not hook up can not make the translation side work. App dies not work. Worthless junk. Do not buy. Does not deliver on what it claims. False advertising. I repeat will not work with app. Do not buy they are junk.

I just got these December 2024. After reading over the instructions (3 fold out pages- User Guide has the bar code you need to bind the earphones), I was able to get my earphones to translate with the help of my son. It took a few tries but they work I had a friend talk to me in Spanish and the translation was clear and accurate. I would rate these as a five star but gave four star since the instructions print too small and confusing. You have to download the app (alcool market) and pair the earphones to the cellphone. Once you do this you need to find the code (serious of letters under the bar code in USER GUIDE ) and bind the earphones to the cellphone. Might take a few minutes to get translation to work. I tested these in Spanish, Vietnamese, Urdu and Chinese. All worked well.
