I wanted a short male-to-female cable for use in my car as the USB port in the vehicle is known to 'fall' back into the dashboard if you use it too much. By leaving a short stub cable plugged in, I bypass that problem. This cable functions acceptably, but the manufacturer chose to use connectors that are excessively large. This makes it stand up rather high and interferes with the opening and closing of the storage cubby where the port is.

Works great. So much easier than having to reach around for usb port. I change usb at least 2 times a day . Using on embroidery machine, thinking it willsave on wear of my machines port as well i recommend for anyone that has to reach around and guess where the port is great value, ease to use, very functional

And I would highly recommend it for DJ’s if you are using USB drive for your DJ players or standalone DJ Controllers if you are looking for a short USB extension cable cord this is the one I recommend I use it for nearly 2 hours and no problem with it on my Pioneer XDJ-RX3 It works really well no delays on track loading or playing. And for live recording it works perfectly no drops or delays.
