Used throughout my pregnancy and it really helped me stay on my side since I am a back/stomach sleeper. It’s a good size and didn’t take up the whole bed and easy to pack around.

Love this. I'm on my third pregnancy, 33 weeks, and this has so far gotten me to sleep comfortably along with an additional pillow between my knees. For my first 2 pregnancies I had one of those big wrap around pillows and I had to shove so many extra pillows around it because those pillows get pushed out to the side when you lay on them. Since this has a strap connecting the 2 pillows it stays under my hips to actually support them!

this item helps to support my back and belly while I sleep pretty well. I got it when I was 20 weeks pregnant and now I am 22. over the last two weeks I have had less back pain and I've been able to fall asleep, faster, and wake up less. it works really well for the size that my belly is right now. however, I feel like when I get a lot bigger I'm gonna need a bigger pillow system. This one is kind of medium small size and good for about halfway through pregnancy during the second trimester... I wouldn't think it would work very well in the third trimester. it mostly keeps me from rolling onto my back and keeps me laying on my left side, which is recommended by doctors. however, every other night, I'll wake up on my back where my back is in between the two pillows. this could easily be fixed by adjusting the spacer between the two pillows that connects them to be smaller. you would think that you can do this because it is adjustable with a Velcro strip. however, the Velcro strip is only in one spot on the pillow so you can't really adjust the size of it. It just sticks on in the spot its already at. that makes it so it doesn't adjust very much at all. It's kind of just one size. for reference I am 5'10" tall and weigh about 250 pounds halfway through my pregnancy. I am not sure how this would work for a smaller individual. It might honestly be better and last longer through the third trimester for someone who is petite.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted to love this because it was small and could easily travel, but it was really difficult to keep it in the right position every night. The velcro didn't hold the best and kept coming undone throughout the night.

I tried out one of those giant U-shaped pillows at first and absolutely hated it. It was too bulky and felt suffocating. Then I decided to get this pillow and it is so much better! I love that I can easily flip from one side to the other. It’s supportive under my belly and behind my back. The pillow stays plump and firm. I also packed it in my suitcase on a trip and it was so easy. I wouldn’t have been able to pack the big U-shaped pillow. I’ve now suggested this pillow to several friends.

This review is for the w shape PLUS pillow....and honestly wish I had ordered the original that wasn't so thick. Its very hard to get into the right position and often feel like the front pillow that goes under my belly either pushes me onto my back or it puts pressure on my stomach. Also there isn't enough velcro for the detachable pillow to stay in place so I often find it flipped up and no longer supporting me. Keeping it as the detachable pillow is nice between legs....but save yourself money and get a simple body pillow or a regular thin pillow to tuck under your bump.

I got this to avoid sleeping on my back during my last two months of pregnancy and man does this work ! Even when I wake up on my back, the wedge is there to still keep me at an angle so that I am not completely flat on my back. The front wedge is great for that extra belly support. It’s helped stop my round ligament pains from happening when I’m trying to sleep. Loving this so far and it had me get rid of my u shaped pillow which my husband is happy about. Definitely use this with a body pillow to wedge between your knees and hug for added comfort.
