Gas Soder Iron PROPIEZO PORTASOL

I bought this to replace a old Antex gascat I bought 20 +years ago from Maplin electronics when the off switch started to fail. Not only does it look the same from a distance it is the same close up. So delighted I can have a new version of a old friend, the last one has lasted 20 +years so this should see me into retirement

This is great little soldering iron, I was really impressed on how quickly it got up to temperature, I normally buy iroda irons but I think this one has the edge, great value, must for any technician.

Not very helpful and you have to pay for return which is unusual for purchase items with Amazone

This is a good product, however, I find it too dangerous to use. The spent gas vent releases very hot vapour, which has burned me on a few occasions (though I try to avoid this) and it has burnt other things unexpectedly while in use.I have not experienced this before with a portable soldering iron. For this readon, I find it too dangerous to use, so it is consigned to my odds and sods draw for the foreseeable future.

This product comes with an inferior soldering tip which burns out within a week which means you have to be changing tips maybe every one - two weeks otherwise its not a bad soldering iron

Questo saldatore è un piccolo gioiello!1 - Si accende sempre al primo colpo.2 - Raggiunge velocemente la temperatura.3 - La regolazione del gas funziona ottimamente (non come "certi modelli" che si sregolano da soli).4 - La ricarica tramite la bomboletta (non inclusa nella confezione) è rapida, precisa e veloce.5 - Il materiale della punta è di pregevole qualità e durevole nel tempo (non come le punte del Dremel Versatip che si carbonizzano solo sputandoci sopra).6 - Ce l'ho da più di due anni e, nonostante i continui utilizzi, sembra ancora nuovo.7 - Vale ogni centesimo del suo prezzo.8 - Forse me ne compro un altro!

Bin sehr zufrieden.Habe mir noch die Heißluftdüse bestellt, da ich dieses Gerät im Beruf als Zahntechnikerin nutze, um thermoplastische Kunststoffe zu formen.Natürlich gibt es diese Geräte auch im ausgewählten Dentalhandel... Kosten aber gleich das vierfache, ohne einen erheblich andere Funktionalität.
