Does the skeleton include a hyoid bone?

Yes. You won't find another skeleton with more detail for the price! I highly recommend it. I am a Radiology student and this skeleton looks better than the ones in our classroom.

Don't know what kinesiology concepts are. Skeleton spine does move. Can make it sit in a chair. Arms and legs are flexible.

The skeleton comes with an outstanding plastic, durable poster the names all the bones. Very scientific! Great to take to school, too.
