prepare sambar with least efforts (just boil vegetables and add this powder and boil for 3/4 mins.
Very useful sambar mix to prepare nice sambar, good quality, taste. If need more spicy and more taste, pls add some chilly powder and salt. Else the taste would be mild /little sweetish.
