This works perfectly. No white residue left. Oils absorbed. I was using Monday and was left with white residue looking like my hair was turning gray. Batiste is so much better. No residue. Light gentle fragrance. Will be buying again!

I've used 4-5 different kinds of Batiste over the years, and this is the most recent one that I've tried. I bought it because it says that it has an invisible finish, which I don't find to be completely true. While it is less than some other brands that I've tried, it's definitely not totally invisible. I don't even use a lot of it, either. That's why I took a star off. It does have a light, pleasant scent that I like and does seem to help my hair look better on those days when I haven't washed it.

Excellent product, wish it was available in larger cans. It’s so soft on the senses, and works wonders on my hair.

I need fragrance-free personal products because I have sensitivities to most fragrance. For hair products I'm in a bind because most hair products - shampoo, hair spray, styling products etc. are usually so heavily-fragranced. I can only ever find non-fragranced products here on Amazon. I decided to try this Batiste product because it is fragrance-free, and while I'm trying to grow out my hair, I don't want to over-wash it and dry it out but I need to do something about my sometimes oily scalp, and I live in a humid area. The Batiste Light Dry Shampoo is smallish size - lasting about 6 applications. It sprays on well after shaking - you must shake it before each spritz. It's truly fragrance-free. After spraying my scalp area in sections, I lightly scratch my head all over, then brush out any excess product. I never notice it getting on my clothes but it does coat your brush and blow dryer brush slightly. If you color your roots make sure to wash out any dry shampoo with a clarifying shampoo or your grays may not cover as well. Yes, this happened to me. This Batiste product is a great find for me - it works well on making lank, dirty-ish hair look fresh again and I use it once or twice a month.

Love this dry shampoo this is my go to every time. It is best if you apply the dry shampoo at night, let it sit in your hair and rub it in so that absorbs any oil that you may have the smell is amazing. The texture is good doesn’t make your hair feel gritty. And in the morning, my hair looks like I just washed it and it also gives you a little bit of volume to as well.

This is great when you need an extra day or 2 before a full shampoo/conditioner session. I have long hair, so a full shampoo job takes awhile. It has a nice fragrance. Not overpowering. And it does a good job. I will buy again when I'm out.
