OK put it on rub it in it makes you're fat cells shed water and give you more defined ABS.It works but results are immediate and temporary.Good for before a date or if you are closeto looking good and u want to get the last little bit before u go some where with no shirt

product doesn't really serve a purpose never really felt the pulses from belt even when I applied in hevy amounts

It was so useless and crappy I forgot I bought it . Will not buy again , needs to be put out to pasture. Rubbish.

Gel was fine, Belts shock your skin causing burn marks.

this product did nothing for me dont waste anytime get loreal sublime instead, this product was just water to me it made me feel bloated
