I waited to write this review until I was able to use it multiple times. I bought this specifically for my terrible migraines at the recommendation of a friend. I am BLOWN AWAY by how this works. I seriously was under the impression that no over the counter or homeopathic thing was ever going to help my chronic migraines. I had tried everything! I would eat whatever anyone told me to eat, drink whatever anyone told me to drink, I would have bungee jumped had someone said it would get rid of my migraines!This is the stuff! It doesnt taste horrible if you mix it with water but it doesnt taste amazing. It takes about 30 minutes to see a difference but boy is there a difference! My husband used it for a headache too and was so happy that it worked. The REALLY bad ones that I've had arent "cured" by this but they are tolerable and mostly gone after one dose and completely gone after two.I am so happy that I have something in my tool belt that actually helps me when I am in so much pain. I'm a stay at home mom so I dont get to lay in bed in the dark and quiet when I get a migraine.

I use this to help my mind turn off at night so I can get some sleep. It works great for this but by itself it's not a sleep inducing agent so it also works great for anxiety during the day. When events during the day keep me up at night I take a dropper full and I'm able to get some sleep without thinking about my day all night.Recently my father was admitted into the emergency room after breaking his thigh bone and my mother told me she was having a hard time sleeping. She's naturally high strung but the event with my father had been keeping her up thinking. She had been trying to take melatonin but it was giving her bad dreams so I sent her home with three doses ( three droppers full ) of Lemon Balm and the next day after trying this she told me for the first time in a long time she got 8 hours of sleep. She asked me to order her some and she wanted to also give some to my aunt.The extract is pretty tasty , my mom thinks it tastes like wine lol. I don't . You can taste lemon of course and alcohol . I use several types of extracts and this by far the most palatable of them all.

Really good stuff. I use it to ward off a cold sore any time I feel one coming on. Within one or two days at most the cold sore it totally gone and never erupted.

I would never say there is a miracle out there for stress. But having anxiety disorder myself, I know what it is like to feel anxious or stressed for the tiniest of reasons. I also know that sometimes you just want to be able to sit on the couch and watch that movie you have been dying to watch and actually relax. Using Herb Pharm Lemon Balm Extract, helped me do just that, and without thinking about the dishes, the laundry, my presentation at work tomorrow. It is no miracle, but it does give you some peace and relaxation for a while. And like Dr. OZ said, not side effects! I bought 4 bottles to begin with, I have 3 left and I recommend it to everyone.Give yourself a break so you can watch a movie, read a book, or even just focus on the project you have a t work without the millions of other thoughts creeping in about what else you should be doing. It really is great!

I had my doubts when buying this product. But it has saved me. I've been having spasms which cause me to constantly have a cough. I took this and it has definitely helped with the spasms. (I've had this cough since I was about 18 years old, and that's been many years ago - I am now 57), so I've lived with this annoying and fatiguing cough that long. And it only took 1 product which I wish I could have found years ago. Even my PA had no idea what would help. And I will let her know my next visit. It also helps to relax and to feel like I have a little more energy. I will definitely buy from this seller again. And Herb Pharm Lemon Balm Blend Extract is going onto my list of what works. I think it works as well, perhaps better than prescription muscle relaxers. So I would suggest, give it a try - if your nerves are frayed with tension buildup it couldn't hurt to try it- I know it worked for me, but I couldn't say what it would do for another person. I only know I suffered for years and I've finally found a product I can rest assure with and relief from the spasms.

I absolutely love this product. I have seen a significant increase in my energy, mood and ability to focus. I put it in my morning coffee and cannot taste it. Usually within an hour orso my mood has improved and I am ready to begin my day. I strongly recommend this product. 👌

This stuff is amazing. I’ve used it for a couple years and it calms issues with my vagus nerve and gives an overall calm feeling. Helps with sleep as well. My sister who has taken OTC drugs as well as rx for sleep for 20 years used it while she was here visiting and couldn’t believe what a difference it made. I sent her the link and she bought 3 bottles and said she can’t be without it. The meds no longer worked after all those years and this did. Hope it helps you as much as it has us.

I love herb pharm. All their products are what they say they are and they work. You just have to wait for the herbs to get in your system and take effect. The wait time is different for everybody. I use lemon balm for its calming effect which is much needed in these crazy times. Also herb pharm products are not designed to taste good. Yes some are more nasty then others but it's worth it. I usually put them in my tea with lemon. Lemon and black tea can almost disguise anything.

Amazing stuff! Can not believe I finally found something that stops my cold sores. I use this daily and the cold sore never becomes more than a red bump and heals with no scar.I’ve had months of constant cold sores and now have not had an outbreak for 2 months!

This tincture is very good, and has the benefits I wanted. The price is somewhat high when shipping is added, so I’ll likely look for a local supplier.
