The Suprfit Strength Bands can also be used for weight-lifting to increase the resistance with exercises such as bench press, squats and deadlifts. The Suprfit Strength Bands are robust, thus allowing a long service life. Suprfit Strength Bands are made from latex and therefore they are a natural product, slight color variations are quite possible. Natural products can wear-out over time. Such wear can lead to a permanent rupture strength of the bands. To prolong the life of the band, we only recommend the proper handling of these bands. Ich nehms als Unterstützung bei Klimmzügen! Das Band/Schlaufe oben um die Klimmzugstange rum, und wenn keiner mehr geht, einfach in das untere Ende des Gummiband reinsteigen mit einem Fuß, und weiter gehts. Perfekt fürs home gym!
