Launched in 2019 in Toronto by a husband-and-wife team, Kidamento empowers kids to capture memories with durable, easy-to-use cameras that spark imagination and appreciation for the world.

What age is Model P for?

Model P is designed for ages 5 and up, including adults, providing a fun instant print experience. Younger children can also enjoy it with adult supervision.

Can the camera print in color? Are digital pictures in black and white?

The camera prints pictures in black and white only. However, digital pictures are captured in full color, allowing you to view and save colorful images digitally while enjoying black-and-white printed photos. You can choose which pictures to print.

What type of print technology does it use?

Thermal printing uses heat to create images on special paper, with heated elements "burning" the image as it passes through—making it fast, quiet, and mess-free!

Is the print paper child-safe? Does it contain harmful chemicals like BPA?

Yes, Kidamento print paper refills are free from BPA, BPS, and other toxic chemicals like heavy metals and phthalates, ensuring a safe choice for children.
