Sylvanian Families Highfields Farm

This product is perfect for a Sylvanian Families collector. The product is exactly as described and shown in the images, and well worth the money paid. Mostly I am impressed with the seller. My parcel was being delivered via Parcel Motel, who, unfortunately, lost my order for a while. The seller was excellent in helping me chase my order down and find it. They were so kind and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend and I will buy from them again in the future!

My daughter loved Expensive but reasonable quality I do think it should include some furniture fior the price but overall it was worth the money

My 12 year old daughter asked for this for Christmas along with the usual long list of figures and furniture to add to her (already massive) collection (The farm was not brought for play but for display as she is a collector). I luckily got it in the sale, which meant I could get extra furniture. The house really is breath-taking! She pulled it out of the box and I was like 'wow!' because it looks really realistic. Very easy to set up, just pull the house out of the box, stick on the 'Highfields Farm' sticker to the top of the door, put the chimney top on, and position the stairs and ladder. Oh, and put two AA batteries in the chimney. We didn't realise but it has a beautiful light up fireplace built into the wall and two wall lights above, but it was a lovely surprise. It takes up very little floor space but inside it's pretty big to be honest, quite a bit bigger than Willow Hall (or Beechwood Hall, now it's called), but as I say takes up about half the floor space. The exposed beams and supports inside are a brilliant touch. Although she is overall incredibly pleased with Highfields Farm, there are a few minor niggles that she asked me to point out: -Although in the photo one of the windows were open, none of the windows open which was a slight disappointment due to the obviously incorrect picture! -The right-hand-side of the middle floor can be pretty difficult to maneuver furniture because the attic rooms floor is too low! Yes, low ceilings are a key feature in traditional buildings such as this, but the ceiling above is just too low! However, in despite of these very minor niggles, my daughter was thrilled and it was much more pretty than she was expecting.

The house is good and well designed. Slightly over priced and would of been happier if there were some starter sylvanian accessories included in the price i.e. just bare house was a bit over priced for what you get. That being said a 7-8 year old will enjoy playing with it

My 7 year old daughter bought this from money given to her from relatives for Christmas. We ordered this on new years eve in the late afternoon (without choosing any of the special delivery options) and it was delivered within 2 working days! It does not come with any extra bits of furniture, but lights & fireplace in lounge area give this house a real cosy look. Overall a very good buy and well worth the money spent (incidentally the price here was £20 cheaper than any of the other online / high street retailers). My daughter has a couple of other houses, but says that this one is the best of them all.

We searched all over the web for this product. This seller was the cheapest (available) we found and we have always found buying through Amazon to be secure. Sylvanian products are never cheap BUT if you're children play with them anything like ours do, you certainly get your money's worth. Next job is to research all the associated products for the farm and give a list of them to relatives to buy our children for Christmas presents!

We bought this toy for my daughter, she really enjoys playing with it and it is really well made, however before buying this product we knew you had to buy accessories for it, as it it is sold with none. Which makes it a bit expensive for what it is.

The farmhouse is a very good size with 3 spacious floors so plenty of space for furniture. I bought it for my daughters birthday and she has not stopped playing with it yet. Very well made and of course as expected good quality.

Papa noël a déposer petite maison dans soulier de mon fils. Très solide, bcp d'heure de jeux. Super mignonne et j'avoue que la cheminée qui s'allume est un vrai plus. J'veux la même maison en plus grande !
