This is the only probiotic that works in the brain. I would not have known that if I had not been involved in a USF study on a breath brain gut connection. Despite the fact that I have an excellent diet and I was eating post- and prebiotic foods all the time I had none of this. I’m sure studies will be coming out but my Study still goes on for another two years before they release any information. I will continue buying Akkermansia.

Good quality, aides digestion. They are capsule form and were easy to swallow. I was on the Keto diet while using these and they appear to help as an appetite suppressant I really did not notice any change in my sleep quality

Wow. I take one before eating. I'm 69 and for the last few years eating beans or onions have caused very annoying digestive issues. With these I no longer worry; I have been able to eat beans and onions with no effects. Woo Hoo.
