Good product. My husband is taking it for knee pain and he can notice an improvement after the pills, will continue to use.

These help my knee and other joints. I take them daily and I can tell the difference when I stop taking them. I take two instead of four because I take other supplements and don't want to burden my system with too many things in the morning. The pill size is a bit on the large size but I manage it with my coffee in the morning. I find it well worth the money spent on it.

This is kind of a long honest review so I hope that you give me a minute of your time. Before I get into my experience, let me say this: For those who say they had stomach upset, IT SAY TAKE WITH FOOD!!! I have NEVER EXPERIENCED an upset stomach not once while taking it. I take it after eating breakfast along with my other vitamins and meds. So people please eat before taking these (thank me later). Now onto my story…..I purchased these pills January 2025. I started having very bad knee pain in my right knee and I was not sure why. I had knee issues with my left knee and I had surgery in 2022. Although I had the surgery, I still had issues with my knee. It would swell if I stood on it too long or walked on it too long. It hindered me from exercising and doing what I needed to do on a day to day. I noticed in or around April 2025 I was having issues with my right knee. It was getting worse by the day. By the time we got to May, I literally was limping I could not walk properly. It hurt so bad. I tossed and turned at night when I slept because I was in pain. I was taking Motrin and Tylenol together to get some relief for the pain. I went to an orthopedic specialist where I had gotten not only the regular steroid injection, I also got the gel injection within a couple of weeks of each other in the month of June. I was waiting for the gel shot to provide some form of relief and it never did. One day I was doing some research and I remembered that I had purchased this product. So I started taking the pills. I figures it was not going to be an instant relief. But I was determined to continue to take them every day just to see if they would work. I have been taking them every day for a week and a half now and I can honestly tell you that I notice that I do not have pain getting up in the mornings to walk when I get out of bed. It does not hurt as much walking around every day. I can walk as normal. These pills really work. And it’s been a very short amount of time. I really want you to give this product a try for yourself. I’m not sure how it’s not working for others but I can’t tell you it is definitely working for me. I noticed it is also helping with the joint in my right big toe as well. It use to hurt so much randomly and I haven’t noticed that pain either in days. This product is a life saver and I’m happy I found it. My knees are so much better.

My husband has been taking these for a month and can't see that they have helped so is quitting. Good ingredients and not upsetting to his stomach, easy to swallow.

I have Osteoporosis in both knees and my pain level has been quite high on walks with our dog. Although skeptical, I had nothing to lose by trying this supplement. I noticed a significant improvement after two days of use which really surprised me but by day 4, the pain was gone. I mean totally gone. I suppose that results will vary by the individual, but I couldn't be more pleased with my outcome.

Best Glucosamine on the market for the best price. That’s per my wife, a retired RN. She knows her vitamins. I just take them, 86 and going strong. No achy joints or bones.
