Nice camera but cant get PTZ working in BI
I just received this camera (model TV-IP420P) however no luck getting the PTZ features to work in Blue Iris. PTZ works fine in the basic software/plug-in provided for IE. Contacted Trendnet support who said they would get me the info if I was willing to pay another $39.95 !!!. Anyways, I am researching this hi and low and will also try to contact Blue Iris to see if they can help, but if it doesnt work out, Ill be returning the camera and buying something else. If other reviewers happen to have figured out the secret to setting it up on BI, please feel free to post!
