Poor Experience with Product & Support
The product quality is poor. I started facing weight fluctuation and auto-cut light issues within 6 months of purchase. Moreover, their customer support is extremely disappointing. They harass customers and do not provide timely resolutions. Just to make others aware — I purchased this machine and within 6 months it developed issues. Their process is not transparent. First, they ask you to share multiple videos of the issue. Then, they ask you to courier the product at your own expense. After inspection, they decide whether to repair or replace it — with no guarantee of a replacement. Overall, a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this product or brand. This was my first & last time. I will never ever buy their product. Please donot go on their marketing, they have pathetic support & hidden policies. They ha
