Broken after 2 months and terrible customer support
We love the coffee that the machine makes, but extremely disappointed that it started leaking sometimes after 2 months of use. No customer support provided and would highly recommend avoiding the seller!!!

Excelente cafetera. Hace mucho mejor cafĂ© que la mayorĂa de super automĂĄticas. La elaboraciĂłn es muy sencilla y le cojes prĂĄctica muy rĂĄpidamente. La mĂĄquina te recomienda el punto de molienda, aprietas el botĂłn y se muele. Pones el cazo en su sitio y se hace el cafĂ©. Puedes seleccionar tambiĂ©n el tipo de preparaciĂłn en la preparaciĂłn en la botonera. El espumador de leche tambiĂ©n tambiĂ©n tiene buenos resultados. Todo el proeso es muy rĂĄpido e intuitivo. Otra ventaja de esta cafetera es que al trabajar con cazo, no desperdicia agua con ciclos de limpieza antes y despuĂ©s de su uso. Solo usa agua para limpiar el espumador, si se usa claro. La cafetera es muy buena y estoy muy contento con ella, pero es grande comparado con otras.

Very proactive seller- coffee machine delivered before the forecasted delivery date. Brilliant coffee machine- best of both worlds between a manual machine that requires a lot of backend training to get a coffee-shop level coffee and a bean-to-cup machine which taste horrible. The Ninja ES601 is easy to use and produces brilliant coffees that are along the same standards as a good Starbucks- mid-tier coffee store- highly highly recommended!

BluffĂ© par la qualitĂ© du double espresso, un vrai bonheur en remplacement dâune Mellita Purista. TrĂšs agrĂ©ablement, surpris par le packaging, de trĂšs gros efforts pour avoir le minimum du minimum de plastique avec du papier et carton Ă la place. La machine est en plus trĂšs silencieuse et le cafĂ© est excellent pour moins de 400 ⏠que demander de plus.

Enfin du bon café. Cette machine est top. Reglages facile. Chaqu'un peu se faire son café comme il le souhaite. Je recommande vivement.
