This safe is exactly what I was looking for to protect my valuables and important documents. It feels solid, well-built, and secure. The lock works smoothly, and the interior provides plenty of space for storing items. Setup was simple, and I appreciate the added peace of mind knowing my belongings are protected. Overall, this is a great-quality safe at a reasonable price, and I would highly recommend it.

Pretty good quality coming from China. Was a backup safe for paper work for me. Comes with a good size fireproof bag for documents. Easy to set up codes for keypad. When you open the door has a small led light that comes on to light up the inside. For the money its a good deal.

This safe is perfect for what I wanted. The size is great. It’s not super heavy but yet heavy enough that it’s not likely someone would just pick it up and walk away with it. I didn’t set up the push pad and just use the key.

The safe arrived early but was delivered in a box that was severely damaged and banged up. The safe itself is very nice but because of the damaged box the bottom corner of the safe was chipped to the point of the paint peeling and falling off. This was a rather expensive item; needless to say I am disappointed with the care taken during the delivery.The combination is easy to set and change. There is a reset button on the inside of the safe which is easy to access. Appears to be well made and it is spacious with two hidden compartments. It also came with a money bag in which I put some jewelry.

Incomplete instructions and QR code must be scanned or Amazon order # given for information. Pretty sketchy! I E-mailed this to the company: I want information about the function and set-up of my safe but you want too much personal information for even the most basic request. I am not scanning a QR code so you can download god knows what in to my phone just for basic instructions. Post info on web page. If you have my Amazon order # you can get tons of personal information you have need for, or right to have. I am complaining to the BBB and to Amazon. How do I use backup battery supply? Can I disable original code locking?UPDATE: NO support from company..here is the most recent email to them Hi, your instruction state (and I quote) insert4xAA batteries.2. Press the "OO" button and then press the red setting button. The buzzer will beep three times and the yellow indicator light up to indicate that the management password setup has started.3. Enter any 3 to 8 digit number and press :A" or "B" key to confirm. The buzzer will beep twice and the yellow indicator light will turn off to indicate that the management has been set or changed successfully.THERE IS NO "OO" BUTTON ON MY KEYPAD!!!!!! I tried pressing the "O" button and follow directions as listed. NOTHING HAPPENS. Pressing the RED button has never cause any beeping after numerous attempts of different variations of the directions. IS THE RED BUTTON DEFECTIVE????? WHERE DO I MAIL THIS ITEM THAT DOES NOT WORK??????? 1 week and NO RESPONSE

Awesome sturdy safe, that fits perfectly at the bottom of my closet. The locking mechanism was easy to program and works perfectly whenever in use.

Its a good decent size safe for its price and its not really heavy on its own but its pretty spacious inside but the black fur thats inside really comes off easily its not a deal breaker but it is a very odd thing. The door is thick but the the sides of the safe arent as thick as i was expecting id imagine it isn't as fireproof as they say but who knows still haven't seen a video of anyone trying to burn the safe to test it out if its as fireproof as advertised. The "alarm system" that beeps after every fail is barely loud but its enough to be annoying so I say thats not bad. Final thing plentyof the components also feel woobly like the whole thing that you put in the key and code too is wobbly and the thing you grab to open the safe up moves a lot side to side I dont know if thats normal on all safes but yet again not a deal breaker but it does make me wonder how durable is it after a few hard drops since that same thing is made out of plastic

Needed another safe for ammo storage, this safe fits the bill.
