This is a really good product. You do need to read the instructions and take it consistently over the first week. I assume to get it built up in your system. Then it’s half a teaspoon once a day. I take it in my second coffee and I can barely taste the difference. It’s not unpleasant and it doesn’t smell. It mixes right into the drink so you don’t get blobs of powder or anything unpleasant. The only side effect you get is the good things it promises, that you become a much more able, awake and energised you. Once my loading phase is complete i will assess its effects on heavy training You can either do a fast 1 week loading phase of 20-25g per day or a slow loading phase of 5g per day over 4 weeks. I opted for the slow phase and staying off the toilet. The idea is to keep your body saturated with creatine so don't worry if you miss a dose.

Very good clean product at an extremely good price. a small amount every day after the initial loading faze and the increase in energy for exercise and thinking at work is noticeable. It really does work.

I wasn't quite sure how many stars to give this product. Whilst it seems to tick all the boxes in terms of quality, price, etc, I haven't noticed any increase in my energy levels despite having been taking it for nearly two months now. I thought I'd try it as I had noticed a gradual drop in my energy levels over the past year, or so, which I initially put down to just getting older. (Let's just say I won't see 70 again). Thought about increasing the recommended dosage in case this helped, but read that the excess would just be 'flushed out' or otherwise cause side effects, such as stomach cramps or nausea. So, not sure if the claims that it will definitely increase your energy level is marketing b/s, or if I am expecting too much given my advanced years. Hence three stars. Having said all this, I will probably keep taking it in the hope that it is doing me some good, and maybe, just maybe, it will increase my energy levels a tad.
