One cartridge lasts me about a week in my truck, good value when purchased 12 in October for less than £12, was going to reorder but the price has gone up nearly £3,look somewhere else

If the gas pressure in this product drops during use, warm the canister up, it will be fine. Run it under warm water (not hot), or at a push, hold it between warm hands and shake gently. The vapour pressure of butane at 21 deg C is 1.17 bar, the vapour pressure at 10 deg C is 0.476 bar. For those that can remember the general gas laws from O level physics, P1 x V1/T1 = P2 x V2/T2. In this instance, the volume of gas decreases as the canister is used, but if we assume it's constant for the minute then, to comply with the above law, as pressure goes down, temperature has to go down too and the contents of the cylinder cool This reduces butane vapour pressure even further. If we increase the temperature of canister, then pressure will also increase in line with the law, and gas flow will improve. In short, as I said at the start, warm the canister up if its not delivering gas pressure.

We usually buy these from B&M's but they have told us that they are a seasonal thing and don't put them out in winter? bit strange as they are for keeping you warm on your little fire but hey ho no problem now I've found them on Amazon and they are delivered. My husband has a little fire in his garage that he uses these for to keep him and the cat warm while he's pottering haha :)

I have purchased these three times now and while the canisters are generally OK they are not Marksman and the ones sent have been different unheard of brands. Contacted the company on first two occasions and got a response along the lines of a mistake must have been made, etc. They are cheap and they do work but I am feel slightly cheated that a company advertises a product with seemingly no intention of supplying that product (two and a half stars).

Used them last few years. Good product.
