I have never bought a permanent makeup machine off Amazon. All mine have been purchased through retailers for hundreds and hundreds of dollars!! I had my doubts ….boy was a surprised !!! This machine is awesome!!!!! Actually I like it better than all my expensive ones. I like the one piece click in needle and stabilizer. Best ever! And the battery goes FOREVER!!!

Ordered this machine and it came without needles… I hate when my time is wasted. I waited for this item to have received it without needles not cool.

I bought this machine for practice but I’m honestly disappointed in it, The needle length dial turns on its own while in use so I constantly have to turn it back, and also the needles are bent. I can’t have my needle out past 1.0 without it not working at all.

I bought this in May. I keep all of the batteries charged and put up and as I was in the middle of practicing it died. I change the battery and it still won’t come on
