Coil / electrical whine....
For how expensive this PSU is, (MSRP over $500) you would think this PSU would be absolutely silent. Well unfortunately it is not..... My unit out of the box has this annoying electrical / coil whine noise at idle load. Leave it to other companies to make a passively cooled psu like Silverstone, HDplex, etc. Part of the issue is, the unit's entire top is basically a vent to let heat radiate out so any electrical noise will be heard even though the marketing of this extremely expensive psu claims to limit it. I have a NJ450 and it is a fully enclosed passively cooled psu, it has a lower over temp protection but does not make any noise, true 0dB.

Just a bit loud
The only issue i have with the psu is the fan when it does decide to turn on is quite loud. other than that has worked flawlessly for the year or more I have owned it.

Not fully ATX 3.1 compliant.
This PSU states ATX 3.1 but does not follow the standard. It may have burned out a $1400 server board. Why? It has -12v on pin 14. The ATX 3.1 standard clearly states this should be NC aka not used. Buyer beware. Luckily I was able to return this and RMA my dual Xeon board.
