I've been taking these for a few days and have noticed a marked improvement in my mood and energy level. They have also helped me stay asleep longer - I now only wake once during the night as opposed to every couple of hours. I've been taking them at lunchtime with my other supplements but I'll be switching to dinnertime because I noticed I get sleepy in the late afternoon (2-4 hours later). I think my increased energy level might have something to do with better sleep patterns. I've gotten to where I take one about 7ish pm and the other about 10:30 pm and it does help me sleep. I also add a tart cherry to both servings and a timed release melatonin. Sound sleep, boy who would have thought it could be so hard to come by in my old age...
