The only cone to have ever worked for any kitten I owned. Kitten is 4 months with a tiny head and 5.3 lbs for reference. We got the small one. It fit perfectly and after first try she no longer tries to take it off. She can sleep, drink water, and potty perfectly. Absolute love and recommend.

DO NOT get anything smaller than a medium if you're cat is of average size (think adult American shorthair). Luckily I got medium but I panicked a little when I first opened it.Velcro is pretty strong and plastic is thick enough to do its job, but not too thick that it's heavy for them. Other than that it it designed correctly and your cat will let you know if it works for them or not :)

I tried a few different cones and this one has been the only one that my semi feral cat has kept on and not been able to weasel out of. My cat got an allergic reaction in between her shoulder blades and made it raw from biting and scratching. She was put on antibiotics and I have to apply an ointment twice a day on the spot. Well this has been the ONLY cone she can’t get out of and I have been able to EASILY take it on and off with the Velcro. My cat is very mobile in it and can eat and drink with it on and seems comfortable in it compared to the other cones. She actually sleeps with it on as I’ve had it on her for 2 weeks now. I take it off once in the am and once in the pm for a little break. She is healing beautifully and seriously it’s all possible because of this cone! I purchased a second one just to have around as I have more pets and I always want to have these around!

Definitely measure your cats neck. I didn't now I have a useless cone that doesn't fit. But it seems to be of good quality and like it would last. I did put it on my cat so it's easy to use um for my boy it seems he's chunky.

Tiny it’s a small but it’s actually an xxxxxs this would barley fit a kitten my cat has a wound on his chin and this definitely won’t fit but also even if it could it would press against his face and that can get humid and nasty pretty fast. And there’s not much room for adjusting it wider because it wouldn’t have a strong grip closed.

Most people probably will be influenced by some reviews (as I was too) . I didnt try enough initially to adjust it properly, and Initially it seemed to me also that the cone didnt fit and I wanted to return it. But then I tried it again a few times and I was able to get it adjusted properly so he would not take it off. It stays on , but you have to really try your best to find the right level for your cat's comfort . I got a Medium size, and my cat is about 6 pounds. It's got very good velcro locking, soft edges, good thickness and not cracking type of plastic, it can be cleaned easliy , he can sleep with it comfortably , and once i clean his wound with iodine and Hibicleans antispetic foamy solution, this collar prevents him from scratching.

It’s a great cone. They haven’t been able to slip it off yet. Was a little worried about the Velcro attachment but it held together with my cats.

The small size is too small for a regular sized cat. Completely fastened by Velcro.

This cone was to stop my cat from licking herself to death, literally. And it works, she's not happy about it but it will help her stay away from the doctors office. This product is easy to put on and so far she has accepted the fact that she has to wear this, despite the evil looks she gives me for it. This I would recommend to anyone who has a similar situation. Just don't leave the pet unattended for to long because they can not eat or drink with this cone on and it is also difficult for them to use the litter box with it on. Oh the things we do for our pets. For that reason I'm in.

This is comfortable for cats as the neck part is soft. The clear plastic is easy to wipe too. Make sure you measure your pets neck and add a centimetre or too so that your cat can breath.
