Best customer service
This light is absolutely fantastic.Works exactly like it should. Having the tools on the end are super convenient. The angle is just perfect for any kind of smoker. And it's not a super hot flame either. It's just right but the star of this lighter is their customer service. I had a light 5hsy ive had for a couple months thats started leaking and not holding fluid they were so quick to respond and replace it with no hesitation.

great buy for an economy pipe lighter
great deal, only negative is the holding position when holding in one's hand. when lighting. Lotus is superior as you can adjust the flam w/o a small flathead screwdriver. For $10 bucks this one is a buy. It's not that heavy and is great to keep in your car console and your desk

It didn't make it a full year
It started off great, but after awhile I noticed I was having to fill it more and more. Then finally it just stopped lighting all together. The tools were the selling point for me as you can get a soft flame just about anywhere. But, this just isn't worth it

Good little pipe lighter.
Really nice lighter and tool set. Everything you need! Adjustable for the flame to be the right size. Good angle, needs refilling regularly but that's due to the flame being as large as it should be. Seems durable. Smooth click for the flame.
