Why do the control buttons not match the instructions when I follow the manual?

Since the touch controls for the left and right earbuds are different, please check if you have placed the earbuds in the wrong ears.

Why has the playback time of my earbuds become shorter?

Over time, dust can enter the charging case and affect charging efficiency. Simply clean the charging pins regularly to maintain performance.

Why is the touch control sometimes slow to respond?

We've lowered the touch sensitivity to avoid accidental activation. You can fix this by pressing slightly harder.

Why is the sound from the earbuds low?

To prevent ear discomfort, we boosted the bass and mid-range while softening the treble. Just raise the volume to your preferred level.
