The fan performs well, but the warranty and after-sales service are extremely disappointing. Our fan stopped working automatically, and we are still unsure of the exact reason. I contacted customer support, and they assigned a technician. However, he called only after 48 hours, and unfortunately I could not answer because of a hospital emergency. After that, I called him back, and he said he would visit the next day. We contacted him again the following day, but he neither answered the calls nor replied to WhatsApp messages. I then contacted customer support once more, and they provided the number of the area service officer. When I reached out to him, he assured me that the technician would visit the same day, but no one came. After that, even the service officer stopped answering calls. In short, the product may be good, but the repair and warranty service is the worst I have experienced.

Nice product in looks and functionality

Worst it just stopped working in just 10 days. A technician responds after 3 to 4 days and says will order part whoch will take more 7 days. I ordered 3 fans and all the fans had similar bursting sound and stopped working. Poor quality fan. Do not order at all. Go for Crompton Hyperjet instead that works fine.
