I’ve had this machine for about a week and have used it to make 9 booklets so far. It was easy to set up, though I did have to push the handle down hard the very first time to make the holes punch all the way across. It’s worked perfectly since then. I don’t use the spinner on the top. It works well, I just prefer to do spiral binding part by hand. The pliers took a little while for me to figure out how to use, but I got it down now. I feel this machine works great for this price, no complaints. Overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase and would recommend!

This MAKEASY binding machine works really well—easy to use, punches cleanly, and the electric coil inserter is a huge time-saver. It would’ve been a 5-star product, but one of the feet was missing from the base, which made it wobble. Other than that, it's a solid machine for binding projects!

Does just what I need it to do and was easy to figure out! Package included coils already which I did not expect. The machine is a bit heavy but easy to carry around. It feels durable and cuts through paper and lamination really smoothly. Great value for the price!

I was a bit hesitant to get this because of the mixed views, but decided to get it because it was the best sounding one on the low end of the price spectrum. I have punched and bound close to 2,000 pages with it in the last 2 weeks of owning it. It is a champ. I am very pleased with it. The only thing is that it doesn't actually bind them...I find the coil often gets snagged on the back cover and needs a slight push on the cover to pop it through each hole. No big deal if you don't mind spinning the coil yourself. The motorized coil spinner really only works to remove the coil if for some reason you want to rebind a book, which is a huge help. My children love helping me spin the coils onto the books, so its not big deal for me. I am definitely glad I bought this!
