Incontinence Leak-Protection, Washable Pull-On Cover Pant, Advanced Cool-Lightweight-Durable - Kleinert's (Beige, 4X-Large) : desertcart.ae Review: Love these. I've ordered many pairs over the years and have always been happy with the quality and comfort. I get them for myself. I don't have a medical need for them, but I often wear plastic pants instead of regular underwear, mostly because I love how they feel, but I also enjoy the security they provide. I don’t really wet my pants but sometimes I leak a little bit. With plastic pants on, it’s a nonissue. No one knows, they dry quickly, and wet plastic pants feel so much nicer than damp underwear. I’ve tried lots of plastic pants and will tell you that not all of them can be comfortably worn on their own, but these pants can easily be worn all day long and they feel awesome. They're well-fitted, they have wide comfortable elastics, and they’re made from a unique material that's very different from the PVC often used to make plastic pants. This waterproof material is soft and smooth and very breathable. But I will say they're alarmingly noisy when you take them out of the package for the first time. If you enjoy the sound typically associated with plastic pants, then you’ll probably love these. But if you're concerned with noise, I will say they get quieter the more you wear them, and it's not particularly obvious and a public setting. I've worn them out a ton and don't even give it a second thought. Besides, most people wouldn’t notice or care if I have plastic pants on. They're not the prettiest plastic pants I've ever owned, however they are offered in three colours for some variety. They feel similar but look very different. White (my favourite) with its frosty, waxy appearance, resembles typical plastic pants. Unfortunately, it's also prone to staining and darkening with age. Beige looks more like fabric and is the quietest of the bunch (but not by much) and is more resilient to staining and aging. Black is a fun material that's super glossy on the inside but looks sleek and mysterious on the outside, like a slightly shiny nylon. It doesn't seem to stain or age at all. It's probably the loudest but again, not by much. If you follow the size chart carefully, you can't go wrong. They're sized perfectly with room left over for padding. The legs are properly positioned and snug, but not tight. The elastics are thick and very comfortable. The waist is generous but not too high and perfect for daytime use. They wouldn't normally show with any of the pants I usually wear unless I deliberately pull them up higher. Thanks to the interior coating, these are fairly easy to clean. I normally wipe them down well after use and they come pretty clean. The elastics aren't as easy to clean by hand, so I do machine launder them on occasion, which they tolerate well. But the gentler you treat them, the longer they will last. If you’re looking to try plastic pants for the first time, I probably can't say enough good things about these -- they're my absolute favourite. They're a fun and practical alternative to conventional underwear. Whether you want to wear them on their own or with a diaper, these are absolutely worth a try. They're a little on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion. Review: Comme cette couche de protection est aussi plastifiée à l'intérieur, je craignais qu'elle soit inconfortable mais la personne qui la porte n'a aucun inconfort avons pris XL, puisqu'elle porte avec une couche large et elle est amplement grande.

I’ve worn plastic pants off and on over the last 70 years, originally as a fetish, but now out of necessity. As much as I loved wearing them, most were made out of vinyl or a plastic material that didn’t breathe and I’d soon be sweating under them even if I wasn’t being very active. But these plastic (polyurethane) pants from Kleinert are different. With an outer layer of nylon and an inner layer of PUL (polyurethane laminate), they are waterproof but still allow water vapor to escape. So I don’t sweat in these (unless I’m very active), and that means I can wear them 24/7 without discomfort. With age came incontinence, so what was once a fetish for me has now also become a necessity. I tried many plastic pants over the years and none were satisfactory for long-term wear until I found these. They are well-proportioned, sized appropriately (I wear 4X-Large), and comfortable to wear all the time. I wear them with pull-on diapers that are leak-free most of the time—key word being “most”—but with these plastic pants I don’t have to worry about leaks anymore. These catch what my pull-on diaper doesn’t. They are a little noisier than the description leads you to believe, especially when they’re brand new. But after a couple of washes, whatever noise is left is easily masked by any clothing you wear over them. Personally, I like the crinkle—it’s part of the fetish of wearing plastic pants. But even if you don’t, it’s nothing to worry about—no one will be the wiser. These are highly recommended—whether as fetish-wear or out of necessity. Five stars.

cheap feeling plastic, noisy, uncomfortable and the legs are far too tight

Great Quality. Nice thicker material. They don't leak, unless the diaper is super soaked, even then they don't leak much. The leg opening is snug. It is best to size up 2 or 3 sizes if putting on someone that is bed bound and not able to turn much for you. My Mom wears a size 12/14 pant and I got both the 2X and the 3X. The 3X is the best fit to put on her with more ease and the leg opening is more comfortable. The 2X left indentations or her skin around the legs. In the 3X the legs are still snug enough to prevent leaking. If ordering the person's regular size, the leg opening will be uncomfortably tight. I hand wash them and they dry very quickly.
