Super good! My big family all takes them! Reccomend to my house cleaner and I have reordered several times and need to again! They protect from getting sick at school!! Plus I have a kid who doesnโt go outside much so itโs so important that he gets some vitamin D. Iโm glad itโs paired k2 and fats and mg!!
