Wonderful product

I got this pine pollen and It seems to help with mood, motivation, and general well-being. I feel more alert and quicker mentally. But there’s a tradeoff: I also experienced a bit of itchiness and nasal congestion on certain days — I think maybe I have mild pollen sensitivity. So I take it every other day now. Also, the price is a bit higher than some powders out there. Still, good product. My kids drink this with milk during flu season 👍

(FYI, I'm not a doctor, so take this with a grain of salt. Also, I am a 29 year old male.) So, I have a jar of pre-mixed powdered supplements. Well, I actually have two jars -- One is a "cocoa plus" mix that I use at any time of day in any amount, and then I have a "sex drive" jar that has strong stuff that I only dose once a day in the morning. The "sex drive" jar is: - Maca root - Tongkat Ali - Pine Pollen powder (this product) - Ashwaganda - Lion's Mane powder plus other mushrooms - Amla Fruit extract - Shilajit (recent addition) - Ground flax seed (just to dilute the mix a little bit) I cycled off my this jar for a couple months, and when I came back, I got two days of high sex drive and then my sex drive fell. My current plan is to remove the Pine Pollen when I rebuild the jar. I learned about pine pollen from Tim Ferriss. However, it turns out that Tim Ferriss was actually not taking this daily. He was experimenting with pine pollen as a tool to spike testosterone on one specific day (namely date night). For more information, he describes his escapades with spiking testosterone in both The 4 Hour Body and The 4 Hour Chef. Apparently pine pollen is almost identical to testosterone biochemically. Basically, taking this supplement is like taking exogenous testosterone. You're pushing on the body's testosterone feedback loop; the body says "oh look, I already have enough testosterone in my system, I don't need to make any more" and it downregulates endogenous testosterone production. In comparison, maca root and tongkat ali act on the testosterone system indirectly. They do something that affects the whole system, rather than simply being testosterone. But anyhow, all this is anecdotal. Take me with a grain of salt. For all I know, my mix has too much Ashwaganda in it or something. Or maybe my sleep has been bad over the past week or two. But I'll be avoiding this as a daily supplement for the foreseeable future.

I have only had this product like 2 1/2 weeks, so my feedback is not based on long-term use, but...yeah I think it works. I am looking forward to getting my testosterone tested within the next 2 months and then I will know for sure, I might update this at that point. However, I made a tincture of this using vodka and have been taking the tincture about 1/2 tsp sublingually 2-3 times a day. Without getting too graphic, the difference is...notable. I know it's supposed to help in many other areas also, which is all great, but my T levels have been on the low end of normal for years and that is why I became interested in it. There is no 'roid rage or anything. I am just hoping I can get my levels up to the higher end of normal. For the quantity of powder you receive, I would consider this product a good value, I think I made enough tincture to last me at least a year. I think I will be able to also see differences in my workouts and training as I continue to take it. The vodka in the tincture is not pleasant for me, and gives me heartburn, but the tincture itself is like ripe bananas, although the aftertaste isn't that enjoyable for me. I have had worse tasting things that I have tried though.

The product arrived in good timing. It is of good quality and had significant impact in a short period of time. Energy levels, and holistic feeling of wellness. I firmly believe that different people respond differently to different things, but from my experience, it's worth giving it a try. When used in moderation this can last some time. So, definitely worth it in my opinion.

JUNK!! buyer beware this stuff is not pine pollen or pure in any right. Smells, tastes and feels like a filler powder and causes gut irritability within minutes. Sending this junk back!
