This thumb brace provides excellent support while still allowing enough flexibility for everyday activities. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a secure, comfortable fit, and it stays in place without constantly needing to be readjusted. I have connective tissue issues, which means different joints hurt randomly and are prone to injury. One minute, my CMC joint may be agonizing and the next, it’ll be just fine and the other hand’s MCP joint is hurting. I say this to emphasize that most braces don‘t work super well because I need braces that work for either hand for any joint. This brace absolutely fulfills that need. This brace stabilizes pretty well and all those straps work amazingly to perform different duties. I also have sensory issues and struggle with compression around my fingers, so fingerless gloves are generally a no-go for me. This brace allows for a very gentle fit around the thumb, while still maintaining its job holding everything else in place. It worked for either left or right hand. I have multiple cats and a dog. They all have different types of furs that can and will stick to everything, but to my surprise even my cat rubbing up against the Velcro on this brace, it did not get clogged. It didn’t even get more than a few hairs caught, and those that were there were easy to remove. The Velcro isn’t weak, nor is it prohibitively strong. I have worn a variety of braces and gloves and whatnot throughout my life, but I am going to be using this product from now on. Bonus points, I’ve gotten multiple compliments on the pretty pink stripes, LOL.

I have been diagnosed with what is known as “mom thumb” since having my baby. Didn’t know that was a thing! But apparently it is common. The pain at times had been debilitating. This is the 3rd brace I have tried as with the others I could still move my thumb too much and therefore still felt pain. My thumb wasn’t stabilized enough. I gave this 4 stars because although it was better than the other 2 I tried and stabilizes my thumb far better I can still move it certain ways where I feel pain. BUT after wearing consistently for a few weeks my pain has improved SO much. I can still care for my baby with the brace on so that’s great. I also just throw it in the washing machine to wash it and let it air dry with no issue. I got the smallest size and it is easily adjustable.

This is a good brace. I’ve had others that fit wonky, but this one fits well. The thumb-stabilizing wrap keeps things in place. You can cinch it down, and it doesn’t cut off your circulation. The second strap below the thumb stops your wrist from bending, just like it should. The bottom big strap stabilizes your wrist. It makes you feel like you have a brace on and is comfortable enough that being compliant isn’t that bad.

I had not experienced the pain I woke up with in my wrist joint before, I wondered what on earth I had done! After doing a little research on line, I figured it was possibly related to, carpel tunnel, or de quervains (anyway, something relating to the tendons in the joint in my wrist below my thumb. I read that I just needed to give it time to heal and this would mean, I needed to stop moving my right hand like I would normally. As I am right handed, I kept accidentally moving it and getting the sharp pain. I couldn’t grip anything without pain either. I figured, I needed some kind of brace that would keep my wrist stable and I simply liked the look of this brace. It did the job nicely and was a reasonable price. It allowed me to tighten the straps to where it didn’t cut off my blood circulation and at the same time gave me a very comfortable compression so, I didn’t keep hurting my wrist. I slept with the brace on and the next morning, it felt so much better! I can take off the brace quickly and easily and see how my wrist is feeling. I still feel a small twinge with certain movements so, I’ve been wearing it intermittently for the last couple of days, just giving my body healing time. This morning, I’m almost back to normal.

So easy to use and gives great support despite its sturdiness; straps are easy to use and adjust. Comfortable material; best brace I have ever used!

I’ve used quite a few braces over the years, and one thing I notice right away is whether they feel bulky or get in the way of everyday tasks. This one is much lighter than I expected, which made it easier to wear for longer periods. The fit was good and provided support without feeling overly stiff or restrictive. It helped stabilize my thumb while still allowing enough movement to do normal daily activities. I also liked that it didn’t feel heavy or awkward once on. I’ve worn it regularly, and so far it has held up well with repeated use. The material and closures still seem in good shape, and it hasn’t fallen apart or lost support quickly like some cheaper braces can. This isn’t a miracle fix, but as a lightweight brace for extra thumb support and comfort, I think it does its job well. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that braces can be very personal depending on the amount of support someone needs, and people needing very firm immobilization may want something more rigid. Overall, a comfortable brace that fits well, offers decent support, and has held up better than expected with regular wear.

This brace has helped immensely with my “mommy wrist.” It is supportive, not bulky, and it’s comfortable enough to wear at night. I like that there is an adjustable strap not only around the wrist, but around the thumb as well. Definitely a good buy for the price.

I have some sort of tendonitis issue right at my wrist below my thumb. If I twist my wrist or move my thumb outward I get excruciating pain right at the wrist area. I've tried several wrist straps but none have worked. I was happy to finally find some relief with the Freetoo! I think it is because it covers the entire thumb and has two braces that run along the thumb down to the wrist. The other wrist straps I had either only had 1 brace or didn't cover enough of the thumb, so there was still too much movement. Now all is not perfect. I need to get the Freetoo very tight for it to restrict enough wrist and thumb movement to see any benefit. Unfortunately, after some time the tightness starts to be uncomfortable and I have to take it off. It becomes a constant on, then off, then on, then off routine. Sometimes I just forget or not bother. One other thing is while the velcro is reasonably strong it is not as strong as some other straps I've ordered in the past. This one I've had a strap fall off. The straps are fairly easy to undo too, unlike other straps where you are literally ripping them apart. Overall, I was surprised the Freetoo worked as well as it did. I was able to get some relief, especially when working on something using my hands. Unfortunately I had to tighten them until they are a bit uncomfortable to get that benefit. Otherwise there is still too much movement allowed. If you've tried others and are suffering from tendon pain right at the base of them thumb, be sure to give the Freetoo a try to see if it helps you as well!

Sehr gute Schiene, absolut empfehlenswert zweite ist bestellt, da leider verloren gegangen. Passform nach Abmessung gut passend und wirklich angenehm zu tragen. Bringt Erleichterung und reduziert Schmerzen. Preis absolut gerechtfertigt!

Klasse Daumenbandage sehr gut zum anlegen und hält den Daumen auch ruhig. sehr angenehm zu tragen !

Die Schiene ist angenehm zu tragen. (Größe M gewählt) ich habe keine zierlichen Hände für eine Frau. Sie ist leicht anzubringen. 1x pro Woche habe ich sie gewaschen und nass ausgebürstet weil sie bei dauerndem Tragen bei höheren Temperaturen doch irgendwann zu riechen beginnt. Sie stabilisiert den Daumen wirklich gut. Die Bewegung die geschmerzt hat war so nicht möglich. Allerdings geht die Schiene bei mir beim Daumen bis zum Nagelbett was ich oft entzunden habe. Drum musste ich die Schiene dann paar Tage weglegen weil es gescheuert hat. Ich hab sie 5 Wochen durchgehend getragen, die Klettverschlüsse (vorallem der am Daumen) werden langsam ausgenudelt. Leider verträgt sich die Schiene nicht mit meiner Babytrage, die auch starken Klett hat. Das Material bleibt immer hängen und hat schon einige Zugfäden. Ich glaube für meine nächste Gelenksentzündung muss eine neue Schiene her. Für den Preis allerdings akzeptabel. (Die Entzündung ist besser geworden aber nicht weg, fürchte der Arztbesuch muss trotzdem noch sein.) Man schwitzt nicht stark darunter!

I have pain in my thumb and hand and didn’t want anything to bulky to wear , this strap is perfect , good adjustment for getting the best fit , it’s washable and supportive without out being restrictive
