I purchased this as a temporary solution to use on my bus to hold my tablet. This mount far exceeds my expectations for durability and reliability. It literally sticks to a smooth surface without faltering, and the added twist for extra suction just made it an excellent tablet holder that stays strong. It has an adjustable feature that fits most tablets firmly and securely. I never had to worry about hitting a bump and the tablet falling off, much less the actual holder becoming unsecured. If you’re looking for a durable, secure tablet holder, this is the one to get. I rarely give a five star review, but this really deserves it!

Very good product Good and strong Suction sturdy and solid material. I would buy it again

This thing is sturdy but relies on a balanced adjustment involve 3 separate tightening knobs, allowing a lot of variation in movement. I struck it on the edge of my desk next to my bed so I could swing it back and forth. I did not even need the enclosed smooth mounting surface kit. In fact, although I didn't try too hard, I could not get the suction cup to release from my desk. Since it is fine where it is, I won't bother it. With or without the mounting surface, it should stay put. Easy to remove and return 13" ipad to bracket.

Great value

I am beyond frustrated with this product. This is advertised as a "suction cup" mount, but that is incredibly misleading. In reality, the cup is coated in a thick, gooey layer of adhesive that does all the heavy lifting. The major issues I encountered: Longevity: After about a year, the adhesive finally succumbed to the heat and weight of the phone. The chemical bond degraded, and the entire unit just fell off the dash. Interior Damage: When it fell, it left behind a disgusting, thick residue on both my dashboard and my windshield. This "glue" is nearly impossible to remove; it’s a total mess and has potentially ruined the finish on my dash. Non-Reusable: Because the suction mechanism itself is weak, once that glue layer fails, the holder is completely non-functional. You can't just "re-stick" it or move it to another car. I really wish I had taken a photo of the disaster this left in my vehicle to show everyone just how bad it is. If you care about your car's interior, STAY AWAY. Look for a mount with a mechanical vacuum suction rather than this cheap adhesive-based design.

This is a descent tablet holder for the price. I bought this because the arm was metal and the base had the sticky window mount base. Sticky window mounts hold better than a regular window mount. That was important because you don’t want the tablet coming off and hitting surfaces that could crack the screen. It took about 2 min to install on the windshield. The reason why I gave this product 3 stars is because of the issues I have noticed over the last few weeks. Where the arm screws into the base it becomes loose over time. It’s not to the point of falling out but, still is an issue. I can see this area being stripped out over time rendering the whole unit useless. Also where the arm tightens to the tablet holder itself doesn’t get very tight. Having two areas where they become loose or have the ability to move causes the tablet to vibrate going down the road. For me it’s not that big of a deal because I don’t stare at the tablet, the tablet is used for gps purposes. For someone who might use it for watching a movie I am sure it will mess with your eyes. I am sure that vibrations over time may decrease the tablet life span. Over-all it’s not bad for the money if you want something functional but, it’s not the best of the best. I personally will look for something better next time around.

So far so good. Fits and holds the tablet very well. Like the product quality seems to be durable. And is flexible to fit in tight areas in the truck. Mounted to lower dash. Locking arm on one side and spring loaded on the other so it fits larger and thicker tablets.

It delivers what it says in the description. It is the product you need in a big truck, in an RV, or in a work/semi truck: it made for heavy duty applications, it is overkill in a passenger vehicle. Easy to apply and easy to use, works fine with tablets/iPads. Great product, recommended!

Not strong holder for ipad

It can hold a lot of weight but I could only get it to stick once unfortunately had to throw it away and buy a second one and this time I won't move it stick it once and leave it.
